ES-642

Met One Instruments’ remote dust monitor the ES-642 is a type of nephelometer which automatically measures real-time airborne PM10, PM2.5, or TSP particulate concentration levels using the principle of forward laser light scatter.

An industrial air quality sensor designed to provide accurate measurements of particle concentration in both indoor and outdoor environments. It includes an LCD display to provide information about particulate concentration, flow rate, instrument status and power.

Sample air is drawn into the ES-642 and through the laser optical module, where the particulate in the sample air stream scatters the laser light through reflective and refractive properties. This scattered light is collected onto a photodiode detector at a near-forward angle, and the resulting electronic signal is processed to determine a continuous, real-time measurement of airborne particulate mass concentrations.

SV 85

The SV 85 is a ICP® based TRI-AXIAL ACCELEROMETER designed for general purpose vibration measurements with the SVAN 958A four-channel analyser. The HERMETIC SEALED tri-axial industrial piezoelectric accelerometer is suitable to monitor the vibration in harsh industrial environment. The signal ground is ISOLATED from the mounting surface and outer case to prevent ground loops

SV151

SV 151 triaxial accelerometer has very high shock resistance, no DC offset effect, very low power consumption and a frequency response down to DC level. For the SEAT transmissibility measurements the small size SV 151 is placed on the vehicle floor in accordance to ISO 2631-1. The sensor’s built-in TEDS memory stores information about the accelerometer sensitivity that is automatically transferred to SV 106 instrument.

 

SV 150 H

SV 150 is a tri-axial accelerometer designed to be used with the SV 106 human vibration analyser to provide a dedicated instrument for measurements according to ISO 5349-2. The accelerometer can easily be attached to the handle of the vibrating tool being measured. The sensor’s TEDS memory stores information about calibration factor limiting the risk of configuration errors. The accelerometer is supplied with three different diameter fixing clamps to conveniently match the grip of the vibrating tool being measured. SV 150 offers more robust and lower cost alternative to a traditional piezo-electric accelerometer.

 

SA 104-1

The SA 104-1 docking station supports simultaneous battery charging and data download from SV 104IS noise dosimeter . The instrument is positioned on the docking station with a holders system that ensures the correct position for battery charging. The SA 104-5 uses the mini USB port for battery charging and connection with PC. The data download is handled by the infra-red interface. The status of the dosimeter battery is indicated by the LED diode located next to the handle system.

 

SVAN 974

SVAN 974 Vibration Level Meter and Analyser is intended for general vibration measurements and machinery condition monitoring. It can be used by consultants, maintenance services, industry R&D departments etc.

Instrument allows parallel acceleration, velocity and displacement measurements. Three vibration profiles allow parallel measurements with independently defined filters and RMS detector time constants. Each profile provides a significant number of results (like RMS, Peak or Max).

The advanced time-history logging for each profile provides the complete information about the measured signal. Measurements data stored to microSD card can be easily downloaded to any PC using the USB interface and SvanPC++ software.

Most of required weighting filters, like VelMF, meeting ISO 10816 standard requirements, are available with this instrument. Using the computational power of its digital signal processor, the SVAN 974 instrument can perform additionally the real-time 1/1 or 1/3 octave or FFT analysis. The SVAN 974 offers also, parallel to the vibration measurement, the RPM measurement with Monarch laser tachometer.

Instrument is powered from four AA standard or rechargeable batteries. The powering of the instrument from the USB interface is also provided. The robust and very compact case together with a light-weight design complete the exceptional features of this modern instrument.

SV 38V

SV 38V Seat Accelerometer is a triaxial Whole-Body seat accelerometer based on MEMS transducers dedicated to SV 106 instrument for Human Vibration measurements according to ISO 2631-1 requirements both on a seat pad or seat back. The SV 38V uses low voltage and consumes much less energy than IEPE accelerometers extending battery life time of SV 106 instrument. The built-in TEDS memory stores information about the accelerometer sensitivity that is automatically transferred to the SV 106 vibration analyser helping to avoid configuration errors.  A full ISO 8041 in-situ calibration check for before and after measurement is possible using the SV 111 portable vibration calibrator.

SV 38

The SV 38 is a MEMS based triaxial accelerometer designed for whole-body seat vibration measurements with the SVAN 958A four-channel analyser. The seat-pad meets ISO 8041:2005 and ISO 2631-1 requirements so it can be used for seat and seat-back vibration measurements.

For the periodic verification, the accelerometer can be easily removed from the seat pad and installed on a shaker with a dedicated SA 38 adaptor (optional).

SV 107B

SV 107B is a triaxial hand-arm vibration accelerometer dedicated to measurements according to ISO 5349-2 with SV 103 hand-arm vibration dosimeter. The SV 107B has in-built force sensors to detect the contact and to exclude periods of time when the tool is not in use.

For in-situ checks and periodic verification of the SV 107B the SA 105B adaptor (option) is necessary. The accelerometer has TEDS memory that remembers the calibration factor transferred to SV 103 instrument.

Accelerometer is supplied with three adaptors to perfectly match the grip of different vibrating tools. Each adaptor includes an adjustable rubber strap for firm and comfortable attaching the accelerometer to the human’s hand. This solution significantly limits disturbances to the operator who doesn’t have to worry about holding the accelerometer.

SV 105BF

SV 105BF Triaxial Hand-Arm Accelerometer is is dedicated to Human Vibration measurements performed according to ISO 5349-2 with SV 106 six channel analyser. The SV 105BF also features a force sensors to detect the contact and to exclude periods of time when the tool is not in use.
For in-situ checks and periodic verification of the SV 105BF the SA 105B adaptor (option) is necessary. The accelerometer has TEDS memory that remembers the calibration factor transferred to SV 106A instrument.
