SV 80 General Purpose Accelerometer 100 mV/g The SV 80 accelerometer is an ideal choice for walk-around vibrations measurement in the rugged environments of industrial machinery monitoring, such as pumps, motors or fans.
It uses the industry standard ®ICP 2-wire voltage transmission technique with a 4 mA standard constant current supply. Signal ground is isolated from the mounting surface to prevent ground loops. Annular shear mode design prevents from thermal transient and from spurious signal from high transverse vibrations. Low noise electronic and a temperature compensated design gives the accurate result over the complete temperature range.
SV 151 triaxial accelerometer has very high shock resistance, no DC offset effect, very low power consumption and a frequency response down to DC level. For the SEAT transmissibility measurements the small size SV 151 is placed on the vehicle floor in accordance to ISO 2631-1. The sensor’s built-in TEDS memory stores information about the accelerometer sensitivity that is automatically transferred to SV 106 instrument.
SV 150 is a tri-axial accelerometer designed to be used with the SV 106 human vibration analyser to provide a dedicated instrument for measurements according to ISO 5349-2. The accelerometer can easily be attached to the handle of the vibrating tool being measured. The sensor’s TEDS memory stores information about calibration factor limiting the risk of configuration errors. The accelerometer is supplied with three different diameter fixing clamps to conveniently match the grip of the vibrating tool being measured. SV 150 offers more robust and lower cost alternative to a traditional piezo-electric accelerometer.
SV 38V Seat Accelerometer is a triaxial Whole-Body seat accelerometer based on MEMS transducers dedicated to SV 106 instrument for Human Vibration measurements according to ISO 2631-1 requirements both on a seat pad or seat back. The SV 38V uses low voltage and consumes much less energy than IEPE accelerometers extending battery life time of SV 106 instrument. The built-in TEDS memory stores information about the accelerometer sensitivity that is automatically transferred to the SV 106 vibration analyser helping to avoid configuration errors. A full ISO 8041 in-situ calibration check for before and after measurement is possible using the SV 111 portable vibration calibrator.
The SV 38 is a MEMS based triaxial accelerometer designed for whole-body seat vibration measurements with the SVAN 958A four-channel analyser. The seat-pad meets ISO 8041:2005 and ISO 2631-1 requirements so it can be used for seat and seat-back vibration measurements.
For the periodic verification, the accelerometer can be easily removed from the seat pad and installed on a shaker with a dedicated SA 38 adaptor (optional).
SV 105BF Triaxial Hand-Arm Accelerometer is is dedicated to Human Vibration measurements performed according to ISO 5349-2 with SV 106 six channel analyser. The SV 105BF also features a force sensors to detect the contact and to exclude periods of time when the tool is not in use.
For in-situ checks and periodic verification of the SV 105BF the SA 105B adaptor (option) is necessary. The accelerometer has TEDS memory that remembers the calibration factor transferred to SV 106A instrument.

SV 106A Six-channel Human Vibration Meter and Analyser meets requirements of ISO 8041:2005 standard and it is an ideal choice for measurements according to ISO 2631-1,2&5, ISO 5349 and directive 2002/44/EC of European Parliament. This revolutionary, pocket-size instrument enables simultaneous measurements with two triaxial accelerometers (e.g. both-hands vibration or triaxial SEAT transmission measurements are possible).
The RMS, Peak, Peak-Peak, VDV, MTVV or dose results such as A(8) and AEQ with all required weighting filters for human vibration measurements, including band-limiting filters, are available with this instrument. Using computational power of its digital signal processor, the SV 106A can perform 1/1 or 1/3 octave real-time analysis simultaneously to the meter mode.Advanced time-history logging and time-domain signal recording (according to the ISO 2631-5) to the microSD flash card offer a great data input for detailed signal analysis. Results can be easily downloaded to PC using USB interface. The instrument works with Svantek’s specialist health and safety software package, “Supervisor”, and also with the full analysis package SVAN PC++.
The whole-body vibration measurement is easier thanks to SV 38V seat-accelerometer which can be placed directly on the seat cushion, floor or fixed to the back of the seat. The SV 105B set with triaxial accelerometer enables hand-arm vibration measurements regardless of the type of evaluated tool.
The new SV100A is a wireless whole-body vibration exposure meter suitable for whole-body measurements in accordance with ISO 2631-1. Suitable for taking measurements both on the seat and seat-back, the device uses the very latest technology and is easy to use. The instrument is equipped with 4 push buttons and a small OLED display that allows basic configuration in the field.
The wireless BT communication interface enables current results to be previewed on a smartphone or tablet using our Assistant Android application.
The smartphone app can also signal an alarm when set vibration limits are exceeded. Our advanced technology enables the automatic detection of an operator in the workplace. By default the instrument is configured for seat measurements (in a horizontal direction) but this setting can be easily changed.
When changing the orientation of the SV 100A to the vertical, the directions of axes and weighting filters are automatically adjusted in accordance to ISO 2631-1.
The device is equipped with both RMS and RMQ detectors which allows the calculation of Daily Vibration Exposure A(8) based on RMS and VDV simultaneously. All measurement results are stored in a large 8GB internal memory which allows continuous recording over long periods. The standard 2.0 USB interface allows fast data download and is also used for battery recharging.
For advanced users, the SV 100A offers frequency analysis in 1/1 or 1/3 octaves and time signal recording to wave format in accordance to ISO 2631-5 that is compatible with popular recalculation software.
The SV 100A is fully configurable with our Supervisor software. It can quickly and easily be setup for all the weighting filters required by ISO standards for the estimation of the effects of vibration on health, comfort, perception and motion sickness. The dedicated Whole-Body Vibration Exposure panel within Supervisor software makes reporting extremely easy.
SV 111 Vibration Calibrator is the State of the Art instrument designed for in-situ checks according to ISO 8041. In-situ checks are intended for application in the field prior to and following a measurement or series of measurements. They act as a check of the instrument’s basic calibration and functionality.
The SV 111 is suitable for calibration checks of various types of vibration meters at different frequencies from 16 Hz up to 640 Hz. Depending on the selected frequency user may select level of calibration from 1 m/s2 to 10 m/s2. The design of the calibrator is based on the built-in triaxial reference accelerometer and microprocessor-controlled shaker. Following ISO 8041 requirement the reference accelerometer measures the cross-axis / transverse vibrations to detect interference on the calibration signal. Faults caused by transverse vibrations are indicated by three LEDS on the calibrator’s panel. This unique solution ensures the excellent stability of the calibration level & frequency independently from mass of the testing object. Shaker can be loaded with large weight up to 1 kilogram.
Any improper object fixing is automatically detected and indicated by LEDs on the calibrator’s panel giving the information about direction which should be corrected.
For calibration checks of tri-axial sensors set of dedicated adaptors is available including a special adaptor to Svantek whole-body sensors (seat-pads) for direct mounting on the shaker. Other types of vibration transducers can be conveniently attached using mounting stud, mounting disc or dedicated adaptor.
