SV 34B

The SV 34B Class 2 Acoustic Calibrator generates reference signal of 114 dB at 1 kHz and is designed to calibrate Class 2 sound level meters and noise dosimeters with1/2 microphones. Unlike many others, the robust housing of the calibrator gives comfort of a secure grip to its users.

Reference piezoresistive sensor for monitoring generated level, pressure and temperature sensors for measurements of atmospheric conditions and a microprocessor system controlling the operation of the calibrator. Sinusoidal waveform of 1 kHz frequency is digitally generated and feeds the loudspeaker. Sampled signal from the reference piezoresistive sensor indicates the level of currently generated signal in a feedback loop. On the basis of information about the level of the signal, actual values of pressure and temperature, microprocessor adjusts amplification of the loudspeaker signal in order to produce appropriate sound pressure level in the calibrator’s chamber.

 

 

SV 36

The SV 36 acoustic calibrator is a small, portable dual-range Class 1 device (sound source). Powered by two LR03/AAA batteries, it contains a loudspeaker producing acoustic pressure of defined level 94 db & 114 dB at frequency of 1 kHz.

SV 33B

SV 33B Class 1 Acoustic Calibrator produces an acoustic pressure of defined level 114 dB at frequency of 1 kHz. The SV 33B is suitable for calibration of Class 1 and Class 2 sound level meters and dosimeters with 1/2 microphones.

SV 111

SV 111 Vibration Calibrator is the State of the Art instrument designed for in-situ checks according to ISO 8041. In-situ checks are intended for application in the field prior to and following a measurement or series of measurements. They act as a check of the instrument’s basic calibration and functionality.

The SV 111 is suitable for calibration checks of various types of vibration meters at different frequencies from 16 Hz up to 640 Hz. Depending on the selected frequency user may select level of calibration from 1 m/s2 to 10 m/s2. The design of the calibrator is based on the built-in triaxial reference accelerometer and microprocessor-controlled shaker. Following ISO 8041 requirement the reference accelerometer measures the cross-axis / transverse vibrations to detect interference on the calibration signal. Faults caused by transverse vibrations are indicated by three LEDS on the calibrator’s panel. This unique solution ensures the excellent stability of the calibration level & frequency independently from mass of the testing object. Shaker can be loaded with large weight up to 1 kilogram.

Any improper object fixing is automatically detected and indicated by LEDs on the calibrator’s panel giving the information about direction which should be corrected.

For calibration checks of tri-axial sensors set of dedicated adaptors is available including a special adaptor to Svantek whole-body sensors (seat-pads) for direct mounting on the shaker. Other types of vibration transducers can be conveniently attached using mounting stud, mounting disc or dedicated adaptor.

Robust casing and built-in rechargeable battery enhance exceptional features of this new generation instrument.

 

SV 110

The SV 110 is a hand-held vibration calibrator designed for verification of machine sensors as well as on-site checks of human vibration accelerometers in accordance to ISO 8041.
The small size of SV 110 enables easy checks of sensors at the machines. Depending on the selected frequency user may select level of calibration from1 m/s2 to 10 m/s2. Accelerometers are conveniently attached using mounting stud, mounting disc or dedicated adaptor.

The calibrator menu provides selection between both metric systems ‘g’ and ‘m/s2’. The menu is simply operated by three push-buttons and small OLED display.
The SV 110 is the perfect solution for calibration checks of hand-arm vibration meters including Svantek’s SV103 and SV106A. Following the requirements of ISO 8041, the calibrator’s built-in reference accelerometer measures the cross-axis (transverse) vibrations to detect any interference to the calibration signal. Faults caused by transverse vibrations are indicated by two LEDS on the calibrator’s housing. This unique solution ensures stability of both the calibration level & frequency, independent from the mass of the test object.

The small size of the SV110 makes it very useful for calibration checks of various types of machine vibration accelerometers. Depending on the selected frequency, the user can select the level of the calibration from 1 m/s2 to 10 m/s2. Accelerometers are conveniently attached using either a mounting stud, a mounting disc or a dedicated adaptor. The calibrator has built-in rechargeable batteries that will power it for 12 hours of continuous operation.
